Direction and Dosage: For a standard serving of 230ml, combine 6 scoops (approximately 58.7g) of powder with 190ml of water.
Storage instructions: Store unopened cans at room temperature. Cover open cans and store in a cool, dry place, but not under refrigeration. After opening a can, use its contents within three weeks. Use reconstituted Ensure immediately, or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
