Dosage and Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule once or twice per day at the start of the largest meals of the day or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Berberine HCl 550mg (of which 50 mg is liposomal berberine HCl) Liposomal chromium equivalent to elemental chromium 25 μg (with 23 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer) Other Ingredients: Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
