Direction and Dosage:

• Before taking this medicine please ensure that the condition has been diagnosed by a healthcare practitioner.
• Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
• At the first signs of stress, take two to four capsules. For acute stress, this can be increased to a maximum of four capsules every six hours.
• Alternatively, take 1 to 2 capsules a day after a meal, as needed, to a maximum of 6 capsules a day in divided doses, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
• For improved sleep, take two to four capsules 30 minutes before bedtime.

Do not discontinue any prescribed medication without first discussing with your healthcare practitioner.
