5-HTP Plus is a proprietary blend of the components 5-hydroxytryptophan, L-theanine, valerian root extract and other vitamins and minerals to maximise efficacy. The ingredients in the blend work synergistically to reduce anxiety, promote sleep and help prevent nightmares. 5-HTP Plus allows for higher levels of serotonin than just 5-HTP alone. It may promote sleep by increasing melatonin production in your body. Because of its calming effects it can significantly reduce the time it took to fall asleep, increased sleep duration, and improved sleep quality.

Dosage and Directions: 

Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients.

Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you have any central nervous system conditions and if taking anti-depressants or serotogenergic drugs.
Aviod use with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
